Will is a strategic business leader who began his career at Merrill Lynch before moving to New York City to work as an associate at Nuveen Asset Management. During the pandemic, Will returned to his hometown, Nashville, TN, to pursue his passion for healthcare.
Prior to joining Rudish Health, he was responsible for strategy, innovation, and ecosystem development at RDX Healthcare.
Will and his wife, Morgan, live in Nashville with their dachshund, Ollie, and are expecting their first baby girl in late 2025.
