Russ Rudish is a principal at Rudish Health, which he founded in 2014 after more than 30 years of serving health care organizations, primarily leading large professional services firms.
Rudish Health provides talent acquisition services, including executive search, interim management and retirement programs. It also sponsors The Exchange, a bi-annual convening of healthcare CEOs and Board Chairs.
Russ is a principal in Healthcare IT Leaders, the largest founder-owned healthcare IT and managed services company in the United States. He also partners with RDX Healthcare to provide leading ROI-based solutions to healthcare organizations.
Prior to founding Rudish Health, Russ was Vice Chair and US and Global Health Care Leader for Deloitte, the world’s largest health care professional services firm. He also served as executive vice president at Eclipsys Corporation, a healthcare clinical and financial software vendor. Earlier in his career, Russ was a partner at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and its predecessor firm Ernst & Young LLP, where he led the Health Care Practice in the US and Europe for nearly 20 years.
Russ is currently an Executive Venture Partner with Caduceus Capital Partners and serves on the Advisory Board of LRV Health, both venture capital firms. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of The Craneware Group, a London Stock Exchange-listed company, and as an advisor to Gryphon Investors, a private equity firm.
