Rick is a seasoned healthcare executive and former CIO with more than 40 years of experience spanning four leading health systems as well as the telecommunications and aerospace manufacturing industries. He has been widely recognized as a healthcare industry innovator, trusted thought leader, collaborative executive, and practical advisor. Throughout his career, Rick has developed leaders and lead high-performing teams that have enabled strategic technology transformation, organizational change, and operational optimization. In parallel with his role as a health system leader, he actively served for many years on numerous industry associations, advisory committees, and boards of directors.
In his role as a Rudish Health Senior Client Relationship Executive, Rick leverages expertise in information technology, healthcare operations, and executive leadership to provide an array of services spanning advisory, leadership search and executive coaching.
Outside of career work, Rick enjoys the Florida lifestyle along with his wife Cindy, their three sons and their families.
