In her role, Jessica specializes in executive search and interim leadership for healthcare providers, health plans, and other healthcare companies. With over 17 years of experience across the healthcare ecosystem, Jessica is a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams navigating organizational transformation.

Her work is grounded in deep industry expertise, a strong track record of results, and a passion for building enduring partnerships. Under her leadership, Rudish Health has successfully placed a wide range of senior executives, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and digital health leaders, helping clients secure the talent needed to thrive in today’s complex healthcare environment.
Beyond her role at Rudish Health, she serves on the Americas Council of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global standards-setting body for the profession. She is also a Venture Partner at Caduceus Capital Partners, an early-stage digital health venture fund, where she supports innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
Earlier in her career, Jessica was a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Healthcare Strategy and Operations practice, advising clients on enterprise strategy, M&A, consumer engagement, and performance improvement. She began her career at Huron, focusing on provider performance improvement.
Jessica is a graduate of Emory University and lives in New York City with her daughter and husband. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling off the beaten path, watching indie films, and spending time with her family.
