During her tenure with Rudish Health, she has placed various permanent senior leaders at healthcare organizations nationwide.
Jessica joined Rudish Health as a Manager in 2022. Prior to joining Rudish Health, she worked in acquisition and human resources, always in healthcare. She served for three years at CommonSpirit Health where she made an impact as a Talent Acquisition recruiter as well as a Human Resources Generalist. Prior to CommonSpirit, Jessica served as a Recruiter at Mercy Health for over four years, where she honed her passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
Living in beautiful southern Ohio, Jessica enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking and spending time with family.
